 Hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” or “GOVMY®”.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) outline the terms under which GOVMY® supplies products (“Products”) via the website www.govmy.com (“Website”) to end consumers (“Customer/s”) within Australia and approved international delivery locations.
   
 Placing an order constitutes full, unconditional acceptance of these Terms. GOVMY® reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with applicable Terms being those in force at the time of the order.

2. PRODUCTS

2.1 Product Characteristics

Products listed on the Website are available while stocks last. GOVMY® products are concentrated sources of nutrients and other bioactive ingredients designed to complement a balanced diet. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
   
 Detailed product descriptions, including ingredients, directions for use, and allergy information, are provided on each product page. Customers are responsible for ensuring product suitability prior to purchase.

2.2 Product Availability

Orders are subject to stock availability. In the event of unavailability, GOVMY® will notify the Customer and offer a refund or suitable replacement. No additional compensation will be provided.

3. PRICES

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), but exclusive of shipping costs, which are displayed at checkout. GOVMY® reserves the right to amend prices without notice. Orders will be charged at the rate prevailing at the time of order confirmation.

4. ORDERS

4.1 Placing an Order

Customers must provide accurate personal and delivery information. GOVMY® is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information. Orders are placed via the Website following the online process and are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

4.2 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:
 - Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
 - PayPal
 - Other methods as indicated on the Website.
 
 Payment security is ensured through SSL encryption. Products remain the property of GOVMY® until full payment is received.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 Delivery Areas

Orders are shipped within Australia and selected international destinations. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

5.2 Delivery Times and Fees

Estimated delivery times and applicable fees are provided at checkout. GOVMY® is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, natural events, or force majeure. Customs fees for international orders are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

6. RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL

Customers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery by notifying GOVMY® via email at support@govmy.com. Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition at the Customer’s expense. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

7. LEGAL GUARANTEES

All products are sold in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to remedies if products are faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from the description.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on www.govmy.com, including brand names, logos, images, and text, is the property of GOVMY® and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use of this content without written permission is prohibited.

9. LIABILITY

GOVMY® shall not be liable for indirect damages, misuse of Products, or failures caused by force majeure events. Liability is limited to the value of the Products purchased.

10. PERSONAL DATA

GOVMY® collects and processes personal data in line with Australian privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

11. APPLICABLE LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, failing that, through the relevant Australian legal jurisdictions.
